Don't be discouraged!


I am glad it's finally the weekend. Aren't you? Like me you have probably have had a long week of work and extra curricular activities. We all fail and it's okay!


When you fail do you get down and depressed and get stuck in rut? You shouldn't because we all fail. Failure is a part of life and it helps to make us better people or more successful. In fact I fail almost every week. Usually your greatest breakthrough happens after your biggest failure. Today I talk about one of my recent failures and how I am not going to let that stop me from reaching my fitness and nutrition goals.

Do you have trouble eating healthy on the weekends?


When I first started my fitness journey I had trouble eating healthy on the weekends. It wasn't very convenient. Then I began incorporating cheat meals into my nutrition plan and life became a whole lot easier. Pictured above is a cheat I had from last week. It was so yummy, Oreo cheesecake, and I enjoyed every bite of it. Just because you are eating healthy doesn't mean you can't enjoy life. In today's video I discuss some tips for eating healthy on the weekends.

Are you distracted easily?


I know that when you are first starting to workout that you will look for any excuse or distraction, so that you won't have to do a complete workout. In today's video, I talk about focusing and putting your distractions away, so that you will get the best results.


So be honest, how many times did you check Facebook or email during my 2 minute video? Isn't it crazy how easily we get distracted.
